Mark J. Finizio Jr. joined the firm in 2010 as part of the pre-litigation team and has established himself as a vital part of the everyday operation. His loyalty, dependability and caring for others are just a few of the qualities he brings to the firm. Originally from Marlton, New Jersey he attended Cherokee High School and graduated from Monmouth University in New Jersey in 2003. He attended the NSU Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale and provides a deep legal-minded approach to all of the cases he handles for the firm. He is a graduate of the world-famous Dale Carnegie Course. Mark works very closely with the attorneys in both the litigation and pre-litigation departments. Mark also plays an integral role in the creation of the demand packages for client cases along with assisting in the drafting and filing of case discovery, pleadings, and complaints.
When Mark is not working, he enjoys playing the guitar, working out at the gym, and taking care of his rescue dog Riley. He values his Italian heritage and spending time with his family and close friends.
